FAQ

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days following your purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. A confirmation of shipment will be sent once your order is on its way.

Giveaway and Holiday Periods:
During giveaway periods or holidays, we may experience higher than normal order volumes. This can affect processing times, leading to potential delays. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to fulfill everyone's orders as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey. While we provide estimated delivery times, actual delivery may vary due to external factors outside our control.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by Shopify at checkout, based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Please note, these rates are determined by our shipping providers and are beyond our control. During surge periods and due to other external factors, shipping costs may vary.

DELAYS

In times of high demand, such as during holiday seasons or special promotions, order processing may extend beyond our standard timeframe. We appreciate your patience and commitment to fulfilling your order promptly, ensuring you are informed of any significant delays via email or phone.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is crucial to ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We ship to the address exactly as entered by the user and cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to input errors. Please double-check your details for accuracy to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

In the rare event your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we advise you to file a claim directly with the shipping provider. Once an order leaves our premises, the shipping provider assumes responsibility for its delivery. We are happy to provide any necessary information to assist with your claim
