Shipping Time:

We strive to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Once the order is processed and scanned, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

When the carrier receives your package and scans it, the tracking number information will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)

Delivered but not received:

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

Orders Sent Back to Us:

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will take the following steps:

  • Notification: If your order cannot be delivered successfully, we will promptly receive it back at our facility.
  • Contact: Subsequently, our team will reach out to you to request an updated and accurate delivery address.
  • Reshipment: Once we have received the corrected address information, we will proceed to reship your order. You will be provided with a new tracking number for your convenience.

Address Correction:

If you require an address correction for your order, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer support team. To facilitate this process, please provide your name, order confirmation number, and a brief description of the necessary correction.
